SHIPPING
All items are delivered via a freight service. This means they will be delivered to your door. You will need to be prepared to bring them into your home, complete any required assembly and dispose of the packing materials. White glove shipping can be added for an additional fee. Please contact us for quotes.
A few days before your shipment is scheduled to arrive a local company will call you to set up a time for the delivery. Please schedule this delivery at your convenience. Make sure they have a phone number they can reach you at on the day of delivery, in case the team is lost or running late.
PLEASE NOTE: It is imperative that the correct shipping address be provided at the time of order or final payment. If the incorrect shipping address is given, a re-route fee will be charged. This fee will be equal to the amount that the shipper will charge to route the item to the correct address. An invoice from our shipper will be provided. This must be paid prior to delivery or delivery will not occur.
In addition, if the shipping company arrives for delivery at the agreed upon date/time and no one is available to take delivery, a $75 attempted delivery fee will be charged.
At the time of delivery please be sure to look the boxes and or furniture, over and note any damage with the delivery team on their delivery sign-off form. Please be sure they do not leave without signing their delivery sign-off form. If there is damage to the furniture please contact us immediately to discuss the damage. If the damage is to the extent that the furniture will have to be returned please refuse it at the time of delivery and make the delivery team take the damaged furniture back with them. If you have a digital camera, a picture of the damage is very helpful to us.
If for any reason you think you might want to return the furniture, please retain the packaging. This makes it much easier for us to bring the furniture back to our warehouse.

RETURN POLICY
Stocked Merchandise in its original condition may be returned for a full merchandise refund within 7 days of pick-up or delivery. Non-Refundable fees include the original delivery charge and assembly fees. In addition a pick-up fee equal to the actual fee charged by the shipping company for return delivery will be charged. All merchandise must be inspected at the time of delivery and any damage noted with the delivery team. Items will not be accepted for damage return unless noted with the delivery team. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all returns. All returns are subject to inspection.

WARRANTY
Todd Anthony Home warrants to the original purchaser that for one year we will repair or replace any piece of furniture, which is defective in material or workmanship. Normal usage is not covered by our warranty. The decision to repair or replace will be our sole discretion. To exercise your rights under this warranty, you must submit the original sales receipt when making a claim. Submitting a warranty claim in no way alters or extends our responsibilities under our return policy.
Our warranty period begins at the time you take delivery of your product either directly from a store or via delivery in your home. If we decide that repair is impractical you will be furnished a substitute unit of the same or similar color, design, style and quality? If you notice a manufacturing defect, it is important for you to promptly notify us. FURNITURE CARE
GENERAL
Wood furniture has natural variations in grain and color, and intrinsic characteristics such as knots, mineral streaks and pitch pockets, which are not considered quality defects. Each individual piece of furniture has its own characteristics which will make it unique when compared to the showroom sample, photos or other similar pieces. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
We recommend that you use felt pads on items with plastic feet such as computer, telephones, calculators, place mats, etc. Other items should also have felt or cloth pads under them. These include bookends, vases, glass items, dishes, etc. Hot, cold or wet items such as drink glasses should not be left on the furniture for long periods of time or a coaster/mat of some type should be used. Items should be lifted to be moved instead of slid.
The environment in your home is important to your furniture. The wood prefers to be near 72 degrees and 40 percent humidity. You should avoid placing items directly in front of or on top of heating and air conditioning registers. These will dry out your furniture and can cause joints and veneers to crack.
Sun bleaching can occur when your item is exposed to sunlight. While we love to have a beautiful piece near our big windows, we understand that it can cause the finish to lighten or darken. We make sure to regularly rearrange items on top of the furniture so that we do not get spots of un-affected areas.
DUSTING, WAXING, and POLISHING
Your new furniture has a protective finish that should not require any care other than dusting. But when you do need to clean the items we recommend first a damp cloth. Be sure to dry off any excess water. Always wipe with the grain. If you want to use a polish, paste waxes are the best. Be sure to fully follow the instructions and be careful to not over buff the furniture; it can affect the sheen. Stay away form over the counter aerosol polishes and lemon oils. These are most often silicon and are merely placing silicon and oil on top of your furniture that is not good for the finish. To dust you use clean soft cloth or a clean slightly damp cloth.
SPILLS
If a spill happens, blot it up quickly. Try to blot instead of wiping. If a spill has happened and leaves white marks/rings you can remove these by using a blow dryer (hair dryer) on them. Use the blow dryer on a low setting you want to warm the surface not melt it. Once it is warmed use some silicon free polish on the area and you should be spot free.
If your spill is candle wax, use an ice cube to harden the wax. Once it is hardened, use a soft spatula to remove the wax. Be careful to not knick the wood. We would recommend using some furniture wax in this area after you have removed the wax.
If you spill food or other lie items you can use a rag that has been dampened with a mildly soapy water - do not use ammonia.
PAINTED ITEMS
For painted or textured items do not use wax or polish. Use a mildly soapy water and dry with soft dry cloth immediately after.
MARBLE
For Marble top items again use a mildly soapy water and rag. Rinse with another non soapy rage and dry immediately. Do not use abrasive cleaners on your marble. Please blot up spills immediately and use coasters to protect against liquid rings.
LEATHER
Leather surfaces can be dusted and cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid saddle soap and other cleaners. Do not use damp cloths on Suede. Suede should be cleaned with a dry stiff brush.
UPHOLSTERY
For upholstered items, frequent vacuuming or light brushing is recommended. Spot cleaning can be done using a water free solvent or dry cleaning product. Please follow all cleaning product instructions and test first on an inconspicuous spot.

5. What is the construction of your furniture?Our furniture is constructed of a combination of veneer over mdf and solid birch wood. Mdf has been chosen due to the fact that it does not contract and expand. Contraction and expansion is the main contributor to the cracking of veneer.

7. What finishes are offered?We offer a java, presidio and mahogany finish. The java and presidio are standard and will allow for faster delivery. All mahogany finishes are special order and will have a delivery time of 12 - 16 weeks.
8. What fabric choices are available?We offer a limited number of fabrics for each item. Fabric samples may be requested and provided for our clients for closer inspection. Unfortunately, to keep prices down and delivery times to a minimum, we do not offer COM.
